Marlen’s academic and professional background spans both civil law and common law systems. He is licensed to practise in Armenia and provides legal consultancy services in the UAE, including before the DIFC and ADGM Courts. His deep arbitration expertise is evidenced by his active engagements across major arbitral institutions such as DIAC, ICC, LCIA, SIAC, SCCA, IICRA, and arbitrateAD.
